Tariq is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and managing investments in Governance and Citizen Engagement.

Previously, he worked with Central Square Foundation, a philanthropic fund focused on education, for four years. As Team Lead for Public Governance, he focused on improving assessment systems and strengthening state accountability for learning outcomes.

Tariq has a M.A in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and a B.A in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
